I've never played Pokemon Indigo, but I will use my knowledge to other Pokemon games, and I hope this helped. You first have to up a Eevee. Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon made certain calculations to develop. Jolteon Flareon needs a Firestone needs requires a thunder stone and a stone Vaporeon water. In Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green, you can buy the stones and Celedon City in Pokemon DP and platinum, which was finally achieved during your trip or you can find underground dig too. Not sure about Indigo, but should be similar. The other Pokémon., Glaceon (not) on the list may Umbreon, Espeon and Leafeon, not with stones.
